In the battle of the street-legal electric golf carts, Toyota takes the first round. Its Scion iQ EV received an EPA MPGe rating of 121 overall, with the feds figuring it’s good for 28 kW-hours per 100 miles. Its nearest rival, also just scored by the EPA, is the updated Smart Fortwo Electric Drive; Daimler’s baby was pegged at 100 MPGe with 34 kW-hours needed per 100 miles.
