Hembery acknowledged in the aftermath of another highly disorientating grand
prix that four pit-stops was excessive but added: “We could have gone to
five.”
Pressed on the prospect of the tyres changing, Lotus
team principal Eric Boullier, whose cars have been arguably the most
effective at managing degradation so far this season, said: “In some ways it
is unfair but we have to deal with it.”
