Update 7/16: Mazda has released another video previewing its new 6 sedan. This brief shadowy look reveals an aggressive crease flowing from the front fender to the door.
Mazda has released a video briefly highlighting the front end of the all-new 6, and, as we expected, it takes many styling cues from the Takeri concept that debuted last year at the Tokyo auto show.
The new 6, which we’ve previewed with a rendering, will debut at the Paris auto show this fall. Expect Mazda’s new mid-size sedan to lose its V-6 powerplant, but the brand’s Skyactiv-D diesel engine and a hybrid system are likely additions to the 6’s powertrain options sheet.
