Sebastian Vettel won the inaugural Indian Grand Prix on Sunday at the new circuit outside New Delhi, and he and the other drivers had nothing but praise for the track.

In fact, Jenson Button said it was likely to be considered one of greats in years to come.

The race had been run under great tension after India had had a fiasco hosting the Commonwealth Games last year.

But throughout the weekend, drivers were comparing the circuit favorably with the classics in Europe, such as Spa-Francorchamps, Monza and Suzuka. It is in stark comparison to one of the other recent tracks like the one in South Korea.
