“Not really,” the Spaniard said. “I love Ferrari and I will stay at Ferrari
until the end.

“It’s nice to hear comments from all the team principals, especially McLaren.
There were so many rumours that we had a lot of problems [in 2007] but I
always said that there are no problems with anyone, it was just the
philosophy of the team, especially one man [former principal Ron Dennis]
that is not there anymore.

“But I have three more years with Ferrari and I hope many more to come if we
can extend the contract.”

On track, Red Bull’s championship leader, Sebastian Vettel, ended the day’s
two practice sessions clear of the field, with team-mate Mark Webber next
best.

The Mercedes pair of Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton, third and fourth fastest
respectively, were over a second back.
