The vast majority of Delta 2’s revenue comes from fees paid to host and
televise F1 races. BSkyB pays an estimated $72m a year, with the BBC paying
an estimated $33m a year in addition. Revenue in 2012 was boosted by the
return of two extra races – including one in the US after a five-year
absence.

Delta 2 paid $106.1m in bank interest to service the $2.2bn of debt used to
fund the 2006 buy-out.
