The Audi Q7, like its platform-mates the Porsche Cayenne and the VW Touareg—is getting a 240-hp diesel six for the 2013 model year. This revised 3.0-liter V-6 engine delivers 15 hp more than it did last year, cuts 55 pounds of weight, and increases the EPA-rated fuel economy by 2 mpg in the city and 3 highway to 19 and 28, respectively. Torque for the new engine is the same as the outgoing version, at 406 lb-ft.
