Volkswagen Beetle Global Rallycross Racer Video, First Look

Volkswagen will be competing in this year’s Summer X Games with a pair of modified Beetles sporting over 560 hp.

Drivers Tanner Foust and Scott Speed will initially compete with a European rally cross-prepped Polo in this year’s rallycross program but will switch over to the high-performance Beetle for the June Summer X Games in Austin, Texas.

Foust’s Beetle will sport the Rockstar Energy Drink livery, which all his race cars have while Speed’s Beetle will be covered in a 7UP livery.
