In order to prevent a similar incident in future, Red Bull are to now revise
the design of the wheel gun so should it rotate in a mechanic’s hands the
‘go’ signal cannot be sent.
Furthermore, should an issue arise, the front-jack man has been told to hold
the car until it is clear all the wheels have been changed.
