Mercedes-Benz has announced pricing for two of its most track-focused machines, the SLS AMG Black Series and the C63 AMG Edition 507.
The C63 AMG Edition 507 starts at $70,000 for the sedan, and jumps to $72,500 for the coupe, before a $925 destination and delivery charge. As for the performance halo of the brand, the SLS AMG Black Series carries a MSRP of $275,000, before a $1,800 destination and delivery charge.

An appropriate 507 hp is available from the C63 AMG Edition 507′s 6.3-liter V8, along with 450 lb-ft of torque. The special edition package brings the car go-fast focused modifications including forged pistons, new connecting rods and a lightweight crankshaft, along with a compound braking system with red brake calipers. 0-60 mph occurs in 4.1 seconds, making this car three-tenths of a second faster than the standard C63 AMG.
The SLS AMG Black Series will make the sprint from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.5 seconds thanks to its 622 hp and 468 lb-ft of torque made by the 6.3-liter V8. Those numbers make this car the most powerful internal-combustion powered car in the Mercedes lineup.

Highlights of this car include adjustable coilover AMG adaptive performance suspension, AMG ceramic two-piece brake system and forged AMG light-alloy wheels with ultra high-performance tires. A dual-clutch seven-speed transmission is fitted to the engine, while a rear-axle differential lock helps put power down to the road.
