For the fourth time this season, Lewis Hamilton and Felipe Massa collided as the two fought for position. This time, however, for the first time, it was Massa of Ferrari who received the penalty.
This was practically the only incident worth noticing in an otherwise tame race, although there was a little bit of action at the start, especially when Kamui Kobayasi ran his Sauber into the Marussia Virgin of Timo Glock, causing the latter to retire.
